Scheduling Applications at Scale with Nomad

This is a comprehensive course aimed at users who want to use Nomad to create and manage a scalable, multi-region, heterogenous and self-healing production environment that provides the flexibility to run any of your application workloads. Experience with Nomad is not required. The training will include the following topics:

• Nomad overview and architecture
• Running and configuring Nomad
• Creating and running jobs
• Handling operational challenges in production
• Service discovery with Consul
• Scheduling jobs in a heterogeneous and multi-region environment
• Set up logging and monitoring
• After this course you will be able to create and manage your own Nomad cluster in production.
